4TH Annual POWER SHOWCASE Home Runs That Help
Cole Gleason partnered with Logan G for Home Runs That Help.
Logan began having seizures at age 3 (he’s 9 now). After many trips to the hospital (Phoenix Children’s Hospital and then Barrows Neurological Hospital) he was diagnosed as having Autosomal Dominant Nocturnal Frontal Lobe Epilepsy (ADNFLE). Unfortunately this is a rare form of epilepsy, but not life threatening. With medication he has been able to live a somewhat normal life, and nobody would know that he has epilepsy. His seizures mainly happen at night, thus the nocturnal definition. The staff at Barrows has been outstanding with us & his doctor, Dr. Kevin Chapman (head of pediatric neurology), has taken a special interest in Logan and his affliction. He has told us he would be surprised to see another case like his during his career. Logan loves sports. His favorites are football, baseball, swimming & golf.
Cole was a Finalist in the 2010 hitting a total of 4 Home Runs during the Championship Round.
